Refund & Exchange policy
Please note that all sales are final, no refunds are accepted. Size exchanges of the same design is accepted within 7 days from which shipment is received.
All exchanges must first be inquired via email (info@lovingmacau.com) within 48 hours. Once exchange is authorized, all items must be returned within 7 days of the date the items were received.
Unless the product is deemed damaged Loving Macau is not responsible for the return shipping.
All items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in mint condition. Items will be accepted only if returned in their original, undamaged package.
Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on lovingmacau.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
Color
Loving Macau makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on lovingmacau.com.
However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate with our products.
