How long will it take for my online order to arrive?
Domestic (Macau) orders generally take 1 week or less to arrive from date purchased. International orders generally take 5 - 10 business days to arrive but can take up to 3-4 weeks in some extreme cases. Please review our Shipping page for more details.
Can I exchange an item I have bought online?
Yes, we allow size exchanges and exchanges on defective or damaged goods. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us through our contact form and provide your Order # in the appropriate field. From there we will reply with return instructions.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes, sizing info is located under the "Sizing" tab on individual product pages. Also we have a Size Guide with photo reference. Sizing is in cm.
