What payment can I use to make my purchase?
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country, as well as Paypal account, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (Macau only).
Currency Conversion
All prices listed on our site are in Hong Kong dollars, and charged to your credit card in HKD . The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
Why might my credit card by refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
-The card may have expired.
-You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
-You may have entered incorrect information.
-Your bank may have put a security block on your card. Contact them to make sure it is unblocked for online payments.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes- our store uses 128 bit encryption technology for SSL Certification. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. We never see your credit card details. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only Secure Electronic Transactions are accepted. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
